Ethne

   

The other day I printed off a little ‘About Me’ book for Ethne to fill in.  Here is her self-portrait:

  

I was like, umm, you’re very small.  And she said, “It’s raining.”  Okay then.  And this is her family picture:

Favorite color: purple and green and blue and yellow and orange and red and white and pink and light purple and pink and green and purple-pinkish

What foods do you like to eat?  Apples and bananas and bread and honey and nutella and a jar of oranges and oranges without jars and pears and peaches, macaroni and cheese, tuscan soup, soup

Favorite things to do? play outside, play, play with HAzel, play with Talmage, play with Jethro

Favorite toy?  My mask, my dress-up clothes, my doll and stroller and stuff for the doll

How do you help Mommy and Daddy? by… helping them clean up, do what they say that I must do, that’s mostly all.

What do you like to do with Mommy and Daddy?  Play horses with my dad and play that Mommy is a horse or a tiger and Daddy also

What do you want to be when you grow up?  A ballerina, a mommy, a mom

What is your favorite movie?  Strawberry shortcake, Charlie and Lola, Peppa Pig, Elephant movies, play movies, Ballerina movies, Barbie movies, Barbie and the Diamond Castle

Where do you like to go? To Africa, America, Utah (that’s where Grandma and Grandpa live), Switzerland (that’s where we live), park

Last night at dinner we mentioned Tom Sawyer (oh yeah, I think because we were telling the boys they’d have to fend for themselves… and that led to going down the river by themselves.  Makes perfect sense, right?) and we asked Jethro if he’d read it.  He said he had read Tom Sawyer but not Huckleberry Finn.  And Ethne said, “Who’s Tuckleberry Fim?”  It was quite hilarious.
