So yesterday afternoon we were trying to decide what to do, and I told Brett we should go to the Botanical Gardens, and he kinda whined and wanted to take a nap. Plus, it was raining, but I said we should go anyway. So we did, and it was awesome. Very lovely stuff. And Brett even said, “Thanks for making us go.” :)

We had a very good time, it really only drizzled on us a tiny bit, and it was a fun time. We’ll have a good time going back later in the year and see what different flowers are up. We did have a run-in with a crazy person though—Hazel had to go to the bathroom and there was a psychotic scary-looking woman standing right in front of the doorway yelling in German. Freaky. Anyway, good times. Hazel fell asleep on the way home like this. :)
