Mid April stuff, sunset, Easter, etc.

Currently, the kids are at school for the last day of the year, and I only have about one more hour of kid-free time (except for Navy, of course), so I am ignoring other stuff and blogging.

This was back in April.  This night was absolutely the most gorgeous pink sunset ever.  We just stayed out and reveled in it until it was dark.

Natural pink filter making us look beautiful.  :)

Navy's sparkly eyes in this one!!

The reflection on the trampoline made it seem like they were jumping in a pretty pink palette.  Just so cool!

Flex those muscles.

Brett moved the door frame in.

Talmage always rides outside whenever he can.

Selfies with my littlest boy and girl.

In the van on the way to someone's house for dinner I think.

Jethro doesn't like to smile for pictures.  :(

Hanging out at music lessons.

Mmmm.

I made an Easter banner!  I really liked how it turned out.

The Easter bunny came early because we were leaving for Washington D.C.

Jethro was yawning for the first 4 or so pictures.  haha.

The books everyone got.  Brett was funny-- he had seen the Elements book because the kids took it on the drive to D.C., and a few different times Talmage played a kind of game where he would tell Brett different things from the book and then Brett would guess which element it was (Brett is soooo smart!  He knows a lot of stuff--sometimes I forget, but it's kind of crazy).  Anyway, one day he actually took a good look at the book and he's like, is this a library book? and we said that the Easter Bunny brought it to us and he got super excited and was like, "This is a cool book!"

This is a super cute and neat book.  I recommend.

Your hamburger looks delicious. I love your entire family (minus you) pic by the pink sunset trampoline! Your books look awesome--what reading level is that friendly monster book? And I LOVE your Easter banner!
