The Lake.

We’ve had a lot of not very great weather this summer, so when it was a really nice, hot, sunny day last week, we had to go to the lake. 

This tiny (TEEENY tiny) beach at Murtensee is nice, but it’s so weird to me that they don’t make any beaches a nice, big, comfortable size.  Oh well.  Better than a kick in the pants.  And we really did enjoy it.

Hazel and Talmage tried to catch little minnows.  (To no avail.)  They were so cute holding hands.

It was fun.  Sometimes I have the feeling that everybody’s eyes are on me for having so many children or something.  It was too bad Daddy  couldn’t have come with us.  Dumb job.  However, we thought about how fun it was in July two years ago when he did come with us--
